Growing Branches

Flowers by Baikal

I did something which I perhaps should have done long ago – I made a Facebook page and an Instagram for this blog of mine. If you want to see more photos, or hear more thoughts (in smaller doses!), give them a follow.

Alas my busy life makes it difficult for me to give my travel writing, and this blog, the time I would like, but hopefully this year I will 1) write more (and travel more – I have plans!) and 2) these other venues will allow me to more frequently share words and images that I hope you’ll appreciate. Look for you there!

A great, inexpensive way to propagate your favorite trees is to try planting trees from twigs or cuttings. Growing trees from cuttings is fun and easy, as long as you follow a few simple steps. For more information, this article will help.

I am very much enjoying your photos on Instagram. It took me a while to branch out from my blog, too, but really glad I joined IG. It’s a good way to keep in contact with readers when you don’t have the time for a full post. I never did do the facebook thing. One network is all I can deal with. Best wshes for lots of new writing this year!

Your repsonse to the comment above made me laugh.

Thanks! It’s a lot to handle, but both IG and FB are good for different kinds of content that don’t quite fit on the blog. Let’s see if I keep it up! I really enjoy your IG too. :)

Haha, well, I don’t have much patience for weird phishing things!
